His 2003 team was ranked as high as 2nd in Class 1A, which consists of over 200 schools.  Roff has coached nearly 50 players to all-conference, all-district, and all-state accolades and was himself named South Central Iowa 1A District Coach of the Year by the Iowa Girls Coaches Association in 2003.  In addition to softball, Roff has coached football, baseball, basketball, and volleyball.  His knowledge of softball, and sports in general, will be utilized to the extreme at Dana.

Sarah Graham begins her 5th year as an assistant coach for Dana College.  Coach Graham primarily works with the catching staff.  In addition to working with the Vikings, she is the head coach at Omaha North.  Graham began her coaching career in the Omaha Quakes fastpitch organization.  She led her 14-under Red team to a Metro tournament championship and a 5th place finish at the AFA national tournament.  In her 3 seasons as a head coach in the Quakes organization, her teams won more than 100 games and qualified for a national tournament each year.  In 1999, Graham was named 1st Team All-American at Dana College as a designated player.  She played for Dana from 1998 to 2000.

Kevin Rasmussen enters his 3rd season with the Vikings.  Kevin also coaches the Blair Bolts, a highly regarded local ASA team.  He will be working with the team on all aspects of the game.
